It shows the physical condition of the rooms, hotel equipment and staff performance. After getting the report, each business owner or manager can take appropriate steps to sort out the issues. We don’t leave them with no support, and for all reported cases we can all sort them out. Our reports are not made public. Therefore, your potential guests will know nothing about your hotel’s possible problems. The entire process runs in the background. You won’t find any information on Tripadvisor or similar websites.
