Hotels Assessment is a part of the Andrews Group, which operates in the construction, real estate and hospitality sectors. Our assessment does not mean KPI, ADR, LOS or occupancy rate. It shows the physical condition of the rooms, hotel equipment and staff performance. After getting the report, each business owner or manager can take appropriate steps to sort out the issues. We don't leave them with no support, and for all reported cases we can all sort them out. Our reports are not made public. Therefore, your potential guests will know nothing about your hotel's possible problems. The entire process runs in the background. You won't find any information on Tripadvisor or similar websites. We are taking exceptional care of the details and quality of our work, with no use of shortcuts. With all that experience, open mind and passion we do offer our services to the Hospitality sector.

Room survey
There are lots of things which the housekeeping staff should consider. A good cleaning is not only the point. Guests must be supplied with cleaning stuff, some drinks and snacks and whatever they want.
Equipment condition
All the hotel's equipment, like furniture, electric devices, walls, floors, etc., must work safely and look tidy. To prevent any issues, they must be checked regularly and repaired, if so, with no hassle.
Staff training
We assess the level of skills of housekeeping personnel and maintenance team. We offer appropriate training, the aim of which is to eliminate existing training gaps and thus improve the level of work.
